Blue banner extending axross the page, this banner had two white stripes on the far left side. On the right of these stripes is the seal of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary In the center of this seal is a shield with red and white stripes on the bottom and a blue field on the top.  Surrounding this shield  are the words "United States Coast Guard Auxiliary"  Behing the shield are two white anchors which are crossed.  Next to this seal is another white stripe. Following this third stripe is a blue field with the words. "United States Coast Guard Auxilairy" on the top and beneath that in smaller letters are the words "Department of Homeland Security."

Two boats side by side. One is a recreational boat filled with people in bathing suits and shorts.   The other boat is a Coast Guard Soft sided patrol boat. Thier are four persons in Coast Guard Uniforms and orange life jackets on the Coast Guard Boat.  The Recereational Boat is handing over a child to the Coast Guard Boat . This child will be take for medical attention
